The generator can simulate altitudes up to 7000 meters. Studies have shown that for 90% of athletes, 2500 meters is the ideal training altitude, so we recommend this for most people. We do not recommend sleeping at altitudes higher than 3000 meters. The exception to this rule is for mountaineers who want to acclimatize before traveling to high altitudes.
