EWOT training, short for "Exercise With Oxygen Training," involves simultaneously inhaling additional oxygen while engaging in aerobic exercise. Typically, individuals wear a mask connected to an oxygen supply system via a breathing tube to increase their oxygen intake during exercise.
Through EWOT training, athletes can access more oxygen during aerobic activity, enhancing the body's oxygen uptake. This is believed to increase the speed at which oxygen is delivered to muscles and tissues, thereby improving aerobic capacity and endurance.
